In the photo, Kevin flashes a huge smile in front of what appears to be a trailer on a movie set. One Instagram user wrote, "No way is this Kevin, can't even recognize any feature!" while another said, "Good joke!" But unless Kevin was stung by a unusually large bee, it is more likely the result of Hollywood makeup magic. He looked like his usual self on April 15 at the premiere for his recent movie Adult Beginners in LA.
