On Thursday, the 30-year-old stepped out to celebrate husband Evan Ross's 30th birthday at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. While Ashlee's been lying low since the birth of her baby girl, Jagger Snow Ross, Evan has been hamming it up on Instagram.
