Kylie Jenner and Tyga may lead very privileged lives, but they also definitely love to pay it forward. In a preview clip for an upcoming episode of Tyga's MTV2 show, Kingin' With Tyga, the couple visit a local children's hospital to spend time with young patients. Tyga and Kylie are seen making their way from room to room as they bring gifts and chat with their fans. "It's a very humbling experience to really just touch somebody and make them feel great even though they're going through a lot," Tyga explained. "It just shows you how music transcends and it could be used as good."
The heartwarming video, which seems to have been shot earlier this year, is just the latest we've seen of the couple. After celebrating Kylie's 18th birthday in LA on Aug. 9, the duo jetted off to Mexico for a cute getaway with their friends.
