Justin channeled his inner Will Ferrell as Jackie Moon from Semi-Pro, complete with a curly red wig and a basketball. It hasn't been the easiest week for Justin - he walked out of an awkward interview in Spain and cut a performance short in Norway. Justin posted an apology on Instagram, writing that he hasn't been sleeping much that he's sorry to any fans he's disappointed.
