Miley Cyrus turned heads when she arrived at the LGBT Center's 46th Anniversary Gala Vanguard Awards, an event which honors people who have made a difference in the LGBT community, in LA on Saturday. Miley posed for photos alongside Lily Tomlin and honoree Jane Fonda before taking the stage inside to accept the vanguard award for her nonprofit organization, the Happy Hippy Foundation. At one point, Miley even helped singer Linda Perry auction off a piano donated by Ruby Rose by licking it on stage. Miley has been a gay rights activist for quite some time now. She has an equal sign tattooed on her finger, and in article she wrote for Glamour, she explained, "I believe every American should be allowed the same rights and civil liberties."
