Stars are no strangers to receiving backlash from fans for every action (or tweet) they share on social media. This year, however, celebrities were quickly called out by their followers for almost every little opinion, or behavior, on topics from Cecil the lion to Ahmed Mohamed (the boy who was arrested for bringing a homemade clock to class). Fans demanded explanations and apologies, and more often than not, the stars offered up an immediate, regretful statement. Although most incidents warranted a larger discussion - like Giuliana Rancic's comment about Zendaya's hair - there were some situations that totally stumped us. This was the year celebrities apologized for, well, almost everything.
