Completely agree, especially on only watching out on doing too much on key exercises that target the traps, quads or obliques that develop a more masculine shape. Also for women who are afraid of bulking, it is impossible to get bulky with weights unless you are in a major calorie surplus at the same time! Can’t gain weight whether it is fat gain fluff or tons of muscle bulk without eating in a calorie surplus. If you keep calories at maintenance or a slight deficit the amount of muscle weight lifting would put on is so small and slow, only tightening everything really while also reducing fat that is covering the muscles.
