Love that you are willing to step outside of your comfort zone and try new things. Been practicing martial arts for about a decade now (karate and BJJ) and there is nothing like it from a workout perspective. I will never forget how I felt the day after my first Brazilian Jujitsu session, I had muscles that hurt that I did not even knew existed. To do your first session on the sand no less, truly impressive.
