Thank you, thank you, thank you! I try to get up and walk around a bit every hour or so, and I’ve been trying to get better about prepping meals and snacks ahead of time, but I need to start incorporating stretching! I’ve noticed that I’m even worse about moving around and eating well when I’m working from home, though, so perhaps I should start setting an alarm to get up and move.
