I’ve always hated exercising,It’s just so boring and repetitive,I try mixing things up,(different workouts every day) but that didn’t work out either. Trampolining is the only thing that helped me,it’s extremely fun, and it’s like being a kid again!
I started about 2 months ago and already lost 6kg ( no other exercise and no diet changes ).
My friend tried it together with skipping and had even better results.
What I love about trampolining is that unlike running on a treadmill or any other workout you’re not looking at the time hoping to finish,you just do it and the time goes by while you are enjoying yourself and at the end you feel those endorphins!
So if you are lazy and procrastinate like me – this is for you! But agree,please make sure to wear a good sports bra,had to learn that the hard way lol.
