I think one of the greatest points you touch on is that you can still achieve a full body workout even if you are low on time and equipment. I believe many people let excuses like lack of access to a fully stocked gym or too many errands to run become reasons why they shouldn’t work out. For others, there is a great desire to get in a good workout, however, they are unsure how to do this without the right equipment. I have found HITT exercises to be the ones that leave me feeling better in the end. I ultimately gain energy and better results. In addition to your great content, your photos are excellent and are aesthetically pleasing to the reader!
