Recipe looks fantastic and will be trying it tonight and Blue Diamond is a great organization. My Grandfather-in-law was one of their growers in Northern California for decades before he passed last year. Still have numerous friends and relatives who do business on the supply side of the company and of course, it is my brand of choice for those reasons.
