Great post! I’m loving the tips on keeping up the fitness. I’ve heard them all before but it’s also easy to forget isn’t it. So the reminders are always a welcome read.
One of the things that has always worked well for me is setting the alarm and waking up at the same time every morning (Weekend or not). I soon found my internal body clock actually waking me up a few minutes or even seconds before my alarm.
