Comment on “SHOULD I CUT FOODS?” by Kris

I’ve been dealing with nasty hip arthritis, and since I’ve cut gluten (and grains in general), dairy, and sugars, the pain has gone down a lot. It’s definitely hard giving up foods you love, but for me the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks. It’s just too bad that the quality of our foods has gone down due to GMOs, artificial ingredients, overfarming, etc. Sad that it’s so hard to get quality food…
