You raise some very good points here. I’ve never really thought about the effect that my skeleton has on my body other than when I start to feel aches and pains. I will certainly keep many of these points in mind. I already enjoy a much more healthy and varied diet as I’ve been following Paleo now for almost 4 years.

Although I don’t include any Vitamin D supplements in my diet I do include some magnesium and red clover as well. I take these as they help to alleviate some of the symptoms associated with the menopause.
