Comment on “SHOULD I CUT FOODS?” by Peter Callahan

I just started really paying attention to what I eat (I know, but better late than never). I’ve been very surprised at how much better I feel after severely cutting down on sugar. At first I didn’t feel great but after a couple of weeks it was like wow, what a difference.
