It was really nice how you said that because horse riding requires loosening the hamstring muscles and glutes as well as reducing the tightness in the adductors, over time a person’s flexibility will improve. To be honest, I didn’t know about that, and the reason why I want to try horse riding was that my boyfriend loves performing in horse races. Learning about the idea that it can be quite hard and painful made me realize that I need to gear up. I’ll go get my self a helmet. Thanks.
