Ive been in and out of fitness most of my life – half marathons.. long distance running./.. gym memberships (and losing 85 pounds). Ive since gotten back into fitness, starting out with a treadmill in my garage and a cross trainer upstairs. One thing I think, is to listen to your body.
I try not to puish things for the first few weeks, but just “see how things go”… in the back of my mind I’m always ready and willing to push harder “if” my body says “c’mon lets do this”… but if Im not feeling it then I ease back.. I dont want to burn out and give up… so Im adopting this far easier more conservative approach until I reach a point where my bodys wanting to fight and my mind is in sync.. hopefully you can relate!
