As one of the writers on our blog, I actually started out the 1st of november last year. The 1st month your body is really getting uses to proper weight training with the end of my muscles coping with the most stress, so I didn’t expect to much of the results. The following month I could really up the weight on some exercises, which gave the first visible results. In short, a great start of january! But the real fight is won in the kitchen. No matter if you want to lose weight or gain weight, you need to prep it in the kitchen and with good sleep because otherwise your results wil minimize. And make sure you get to the gym first! 😉
