I found this post to be super relatable. I was sick with chronic pain for 2 years and wasn’t able to move much. My body began to waste away and part of the treatment for my condition was to start moving around again. I started slow with daily light movement (mainly power walking) and as I began to regain my health, I gradually progressed the intensity. Now I’m completely healthy and a certified group fitness instructor. It just goes to show how far a little bit of movement each day can take you. Thanks again for sharing your insights!
