As a fellow runner I often do not stretch and warm up before taking off on an easy run, so reading this article and others, stresses to me how important warming up is, so thanks! Do you have any suggestions for chronically tight calf muscles? Mine are always tight once I start my running training and to keep the tightness from affecting my achilles tendon (which I have had previous problems with), I have to roll everyday
