I just read that “All physical activity counts. The little things that people do every day [like climbing a flight of stairs] can and do add up.” I love how you say that one perk of walking is that you don’t need a membership. Totally agree Faya! Getting your body moving doesn’t mean you need to be doing anything too fancy :)
