These look great if you’re trying to avoid gluten, but there’s another healthy pancake recipe I really like that uses eggs, oats and cottage cheese (sounds weird I know) but the pancakes it makes come out really nice and they have even more protein thanks to the cottage cheese.

Anyways, I’ll definitely have to try these soon. I’ve always loved eating bananas with peanut butter, and this is basically that in pancake form!
