I dread this too! But you can do a few things to make your day more bearable. Always use the stairs instead of the elevator. Don’t phone, go to your colleague’s desk (bonus points if he is on a different floor).
I make sure I always have my Nike zumba shoes with me, so I can hit the dance class right after work!
